Yoga can help increase flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone, improve respiration, increase energy and vitality, maintain a balanced metabolism, support weight reduction, support cardio and circulatory health, improve athletic performance, help protect from injury by strengthening connective tissue, the foundation of our body.

Yin Yoga Therapy: 

Creates a strong deep foundation in our connective tissue to strengthen, lengthen, gently detox and bring peace to the mind.  Inner reflection and a peace is found. 

THESE ARE ALL LEVELS YOGA CLASSES. Our Classes are unique, comfortable, & transformational. Classes are 1 hour in length

All Yoga Classes taught by long time yoga instructor Suzanne Cobb.

Private Yin Yoga Therapy available by appointment:
 
$85 per class
$325 for a 5 pass card

People are welcome to add a friend or 2 to their private yoga class for $10 each additional person after the initial $85.
